She has conducted numerous school health programmes and parenting workshops, supporting families from the newborn stage through late adolescence.

Anagha is a psychologist with 15 years of experience. She leads the emotional wellbeing and therapeutic services arm. Her work is rooted in the belief that mental health care should be gentle, preventive, and deeply human.
She works with children, adolescents, and young adults, drawing from an eclectic approach that integrates narrative practices, CBT, somatic awareness, and expressive therapies. Anagha is particularly passionate about creating safe, non-judgmental spaces where young people feel seen, heard, and understood.
Beyond one-on-one therapy, she designs and facilitates support circles, workshops, and community spaces that strengthen emotional resilience and connection. Through Growing Minds, she hopes to shift the conversation from crisis-led intervention to nurturing emotional wellbeing as a way of life.

Niharika is a counsellor working with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns, with a special focus on eating disorders and the complex relationship individuals have with food and their bodies. She holds an MSc in Eating Disorders, an MSc in Psychology, and a Diploma in NLP and Gestalt Therapy, and brings international experience supporting clients in the UK.
Her work is rooted in creating a safe, non-judgmental, and inclusive space where clients feel heard and supported. Niharika works collaboratively to build self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a more compassionate relationship with oneself, supporting concerns such as trauma, self-esteem, identity, and life transitions.

Deesha is a psychologist who works with adolescents and adults across a range of emotional and psychological concerns. Her work is primarily informed by Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), alongside a focus on understanding clients' emotional experiences and the patterns that emerge in their lives and relationships.
Deesha works with concerns related to anxiety, self-esteem, emotional well-being, and relational patterns. She aims to create a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and challenges at their own pace. Her approach involves helping clients develop greater self-awareness, understand their difficulties more clearly, and identify ways of coping that feel meaningful and practical to them.

Mrs. Latha Prakash is a Licensed Educational Therapist with a PGDLD in Special Education, bringing over 40 years of extensive experience in supporting children with diverse learning needs. She has taught across all major educational boards and has international experience as a Cambridge curriculum teacher in Africa.
Over the years, she has trained teachers, set up resource rooms for children with special needs in schools, and worked closely with families—offering counselling and guidance to parents navigating developmental and learning challenges, planning educational accommodations, counselling parents to select appropriate boards and environments for their children. Her work also includes conducting workshops, training programmes, and mentoring teachers and special educators. Mrs. Latha is deeply committed to creating inclusive learning environments and empowering every child to reach their full potential.

Divya is a Speech-Language Pathologist and Swallowing Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience, dedicated to supporting children with speech, language, feeding, and swallowing challenges. Her work spans areas such as fluency, voice, articulation, and language development, using individualized, structured, and evidence-based approaches combined with play-based therapy.
She is trained in advanced techniques including FEES, VFSS, and Sensory Integration for Speech-Language Pathologists, and incorporates oro-sensory motor and swallowing rehabilitation methods to ensure safe and functional feeding. Divya has also contributed to academic literature, co-authoring publications and a chapter in the Textbook of Voice and Laryngology, reflecting her commitment to both clinical excellence and knowledge-sharing.
