Our Offerings
At Growing Minds, we believe mental health care should begin before concerns arise.
Not all care needs to begin with a problem. Our preventive programs focus on strengthening emotional well-being, helping children, teens, and families build the skills they need to navigate life with confidence.
Early support makes a lasting difference. Our preventive care programs build resilience, awareness, and life skills—before challenges become concerns.
Little Masterminds
This summer, give your child a space to explore, express, and grow. Little Masterminds by Growing Minds is a thoughtfully designed series of week-long programs running from the first week of April to the second week of May, specially curated for children aged 7–12 years.
Each week is packed with engaging activities that go beyond just fun—blending stories, art, games, and creative exploration with meaningful skill-building. Children will be gently guided to build confidence, creativity, flexible thinking, communication skills, and emotional awareness in a safe, nurturing environment.
Whether it’s through design thinking challenges, creative writing, group activities, or expressive art, every child gets the opportunity to discover their voice and strengths.
✨ Small groups
✨ Hands-on, interactive sessions
✨ Focus on social-emotional learning and life skills
Let your child spend their summer not just staying busy—but truly growing.
Life-Q: Teen Support
The teenage years can feel overwhelming—for both children and parents. With changing emotions, increasing expectations, and social pressures, teens often need a safe space to pause, reflect, and understand themselves better.
Life-Q by Growing Minds is a thoughtfully designed support group for teens, built around essential life skills that truly matter beyond academics. Rooted in the WHO’s life skills framework, this program helps teens develop the inner tools they need to navigate everyday challenges with confidence and clarity.
Through guided conversations, activities, and group sharing, teens will learn to:
✨ Build resilience and cope with stress
✨ Develop self-awareness and emotional insight
✨ Strengthen emotional regulation
✨ Improve decision-making and problem-solving skills
✨ Feel heard, understood, and supported
This is not a classroom—it’s a safe, non-judgmental space where teens can express themselves, connect with peers, and grow at their own pace.
Because sometimes, what teens really need is not more instruction—but understanding, connection, and the right tools for life.
Roots & Wings: A Parents' Circle
Parenting doesn’t come with a manual—and in today’s fast-changing world, it can often feel overwhelming, confusing, and even isolating.
Roots & Wings by Growing Minds is a safe, reflective space for parents to pause, share, and grow together. This is not a lecture or a “how-to” session—it’s a guided support circle where parents can explore real-life challenges, gain perspective, and build practical, compassionate ways of responding to their children.
Rooted in emotional awareness and relationship-based parenting, this space helps parents:
✨ Understand their child’s emotions and behaviours more deeply
✨ Respond instead of react in challenging moments
✨ Build stronger, more connected relationships
✨ Navigate concerns around screen time, routines, and peer influence
✨ Feel supported, heard, and less alone in their parenting journey
Through conversations, reflections, and simple tools, parents begin to find clarity—not by becoming “perfect parents,” but by becoming more present, aware, and intentional.
Because when parents feel supported, children naturally thrive.
